Terms of service.

Effective date: August 2026

“The short version: These terms explain how you can use our website and work with Red Thread. By browsing our site or sending an enquiry, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, drop us a line at hello@redthread.co – we’re always happy to talk it through.”

Company Registration Number: 16771805

Registered Address: 93 Alexandra Drive, Surbiton, KT5 9AE, United Kingdom

2. Using This Website

You may browse this website for lawful commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised system access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with site performance and security.

All site materials – including copy, branding, design, imagery, and proprietary names (ThreadOS™, Fred AI, and Attention Engine™) – are owned by Red Thread or our licensors and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

3. Enquiries & Proposals

Submitting an enquiry via our web forms does not create a binding commercial contract. Campaign scopes, fees, deliverables, timelines, and media usage rights are agreed upon separately in writing via a signed Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or ThreadOS™ contracting flow. Information shared in web forms is handled strictly according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Services & Campaign Delivery

Where Red Thread provides creator casting, live-commerce production, paid social amplification, or technology-enabled campaign operations, the governing terms are defined in your signed commercial agreement.

Performance forecasts and audience estimates (including outputs generated by Attention Engine™) are algorithmic indicators based on available data – they represent informed projections, not guaranteed commercial outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Red Thread IP: We retain full ownership of our proprietary software, codebases, frameworks, templates, and campaign methodologies.
  • Client IP: Brand assets, trademarks, and proprietary client materials remain the exclusive property of the client.
  • Creator Content: Creator-generated media is licensed strictly according to the relevant creator agreement and media-rights terms defined in your SOW.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our platform, site code, or proprietary tools without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use & Brand Safety

Clients and agency partners must not instruct Red Thread to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or non-compliant with advertising standards (including UK CAP/ASA guidance). We reserve the right to decline or pause campaigns that conflict with brand-safety rules or legal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Thread excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights under English law that cannot be excluded. Commercial service liability is governed strictly by your signed client contract.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our site and campaigns interface with third-party platforms (including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, FormSubmit, and Google Analytics). These services operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies. Red Thread is not responsible for third-party platform downtime, API changes, or policy updates outside our direct control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are published.
